Week One, Day Two
I went back and forth on whether or not to post this on my blog. But then I realized that there is probably a total of three people who actually read this, so what's the big deal? I started a diet yesterday, weighing in at 197 pounds. I'm looking to get down to at least 150. I'm going to track my progress on my blog. So, if you find this boring, I'm sorry; but no one is forcing you to read this anyway.

You go, girl. It's not easy. Trying to eat healthy is #1: expensive, because they think if they take out the fat they have to charge more (less product, more $$, doesn't make sense to me....) #2: not easy if you don't love veggies & fruits. But then again, veggies & fruits can get expensive, too. I find canned fruits & veggies are an easy way to go. And the soup diet has worked wonders for me through the winter months. Cereal for breakfast, soup for lunch & a can of fruit or a fruit cup & whatever I like for dinner. And then the soup got expensive......lol...just can't win. ANYWAY...I wish you all the luck. It will make you feel soooo much better about yourself. :O) HUGS!!
